This episode is the second in our Boundaries series. In this episode we discuss why some of the reasons why setting boundaries can be challenging in different contexts and relationships, in particular we examine romantic relationships, sexual relationships, friendships and workplaces. Following episodes will focus on boundaries within families and exploring the effects of the digital age on our boundaries. We will also discuss what can happen when our boundaries and values collide as well as some boundary setting troubleshooting.
