Absolutely love this book, I always come back to it in hard times
A bible of sorts for challenging times. Every time I’m in crisis I read it. I always with id read it sooner.

So good I read it again immediately
These teachings are for us right now, as we navigate the modern world. There is so much sound advice and insight that it’s hard to pick out any one thing. I’ll leave it up to the reader but suffice to say, I’m recommending it to all my close friends. The narrator was very sympathetic and did not get in the way of the writing.

beautiful and timeless advice
especially relevant for challenging times. never give up on yourself. there is no where to escape to. there is only this moment, this experience. there is no ground to stand on, no safety. and with the practices within, you can learn to relax with that fact and take joy in it, to dance through chaos with a smile on your face.
