Nice. Simple and easy listen.
Easy and nice listen. He digs the topic in-depth.
Gives a lot of insight into what works for different people. I would appreciate it more if he removes the part where he puts a lot of names of medications. So many medical terms there.
I will recommend to any one who wants to be better and improve in life.
