Don't waist your money on this rubbish. All Selbie & Kyiananda ( bad psedonyms say much), have done is to sift through genuine ancient & truly revered texts, pulled out the bits fit for the Big Mac audience anf farmed it out as their's.

Like a big mac, it's tastless, overpriced junk.
