About this listen
This is a business and marketing book geared toward helping organizations develop a superior buyer persona (customer avatars). The problem with most buyer personas is that they focus on demographics. Unfortunately, demographic-based personas rarely help sales, messaging, customer service, or even contribute to the bottom line. Therefore, the World's Best Buyer Persona® System helps you discover how your customers think, and understanding how they think is truly magical! Once you understand how they think, you will be able to create superior messaging that will give you an unfair advantage over your competition by regularly positioning your brand in front of your ideal prospects before your competition even knows they exist.

Essential reading to identify your audience
Stormie Andrews has applied decades of experience and sophisticated analysis to working out how to help you to identify and communicate with your audience/prospective clients. His argument rests on the critical insight that people who have just realised that they need to know about something are the audience you want to attract. They are not yet ready to take action, but they are open to listen and learn, if you communicate with them in a way they appreciate. Follow Stormie’s advice and be the provider that clients trust and respect.
