spiritual belief is necessary to read this...
There are some great take aways and moments of insights. But unlike in ‘the Artist’s Way’ where you can gloss through religious or spiritual messaging as ‘that’s good for you, but it’s not for me’ - there is no escape in this book. It’s a requirement of the tasks set to engage in mental conversations with spirits/guides.
Even as an open minded creative that can see the value of role playing through creative blocks, the heavy reliance on this as a method was lost on me.
Chapter summaries in written form to perform reflections should have been included as an appendix. The practicality of the book in audio format is not there

Horrible
A complete waste of time and money. It is so boring to listen to. Just droning on and on about her dog and her phone problems. There is probably only 30 minutes of useful information.
