My go to guide anything health and fitness

I've been listening to his podcast for years helped through bad hormonal imbalances. I love the fact that he researchers so much on the research. I trust the information he brings to help us become better humans. This book is packed with everything you need to know about health, wellbeing and fitness 💪🏾😊

The Be all and end all

This book covers everything you could imagine in regards to human optimization. I highly recommend the audible version COUPLED with purchasing the hard copy to dog ear and highlight pages to easily refer back to.

Most comprehensive health tips

This book is changing my life style and am getting healthier. Amazing book that requires time to digest and apply to daily life. I prefer paper book for this one.

Whyy?!!

Unfortunately the narrators gasps and heavy breathing killed it for me 1 chapter in. Apart from that, it seems like a great book! I will definitely buy the soft copy instead.

Not for everyone

For someone who is just interested but not fanatical about these topics, listening to this really feels like information overload. Not much in the way of personal stories that most people can relate to. It feels like listening to an ongoing listing of supplements and scientific terms.
