Great advice to help you thrive
Loved this book full of great information that is easy to follow and develop into lifelong habits as they work. Best book I’ve found on Ayurvedic practices and feeling better already. X

a lot of great tips
it was slow sart and I almost gave up because I didn't enjoy the narration but it's worth sticking to. It gives you some really good tips that are easy to implement. I liked the fresh perspective.

Annoying reader
She sounds like a total bimbo. Made me cringe every 5 seconds or so. Great book otherwise. I’ll buy the hard copy.
