A Favourite for Re-Reading & Contemplating

Pema Chodron was the first Teacher who remodelled my life. Of course - still working on this Dharma repeatedly resonates anew each listen.

May Pema Chodron live a long, happy and healthy life - to continue her writings and teachings so to illuminate and transend the root of suffering in all sentient beings. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
