A lot of the things in this book go a bit too deep for me personally but the information is very usable even for someone like me who isn't that serious about exercise but just wants to be relatively fit and healthy.

This book covers so many topics its hard to believe its only <500 pages. Was recommended this from my girlfriend’s mother and am really glad I listened to it! So many additional resources that it will take a while to sift through. Anyone from beginners to professional athletes could benefit from this book.

Just listen to the whole book and loved the parts on recovery and making a good stock and broth. Will go back to the start and listen for anything else I might need....but yeah full of good info.
