WESLEY MIDDLETON is the Houston Managing Partner of BakerTilly, a ForbesBooks author of "Violent Leadership" and is a founder of MRZ, MRZ Financial and SKY Valuation. With over twenty-five years of strategy, consulting and tax advisory experience, he has demonstrated both a passion and knack for helping business owners transform their companies into growth and strategy-oriented organizations that excel not only from a tax and accounting perspective, but also in areas that business owners influence and shape, from culture, leadership, operations and new business lines to marketing and technology. Wesley earned his degree in accounting from the University of New York, is a certified public accountant, and member of the AICPA, Texas Society of CPAs, and the Association of Accounting Marketing. He regularly speaks to large conferences with a mission to breathe creativity and life into a traditional industry. In his free time, he is active as a musician at church and enjoys traveling and trying new things with his wife and children.
