Wendy Leshgold is the co-founder and president of the Fast Forward Group. Prior to Fast Forward, she spent more than a decade in advertising, leading teams at Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO, and Deutsch, where she worked with brands including Apple, Kodak, IBM, Bank of America, and Mitsubishi. She experienced firsthand the challenges people face in high pressure, fast-paced corporate environments. She felt compelled to help, so she launched a successful executive coaching practice. A decade later, she joined forces with her childhood friend Lisa McCarthy, who had a similar passion. Wendy is a highly active board member of California Environmental Voters, and she uses the Power Principles to fuel that team and accelerate its mission.
