Val is a former corporate executive in the managed health care industry (Prudential) and has led teams of over 700 people in multiple locations. Val specializes in the unique challenges that VP and C-level leaders face for creating real impact. She has coached senior executive leaders in the United States, Finland, Japan and South America (often virtually) to maximize their leadership impact.
