Tamara Branch is a writer, and multidisciplinary artist, from New York, born and raised in the Bronx. She's the author of the award winning book, ITGIRL4LIFE How to bring out your special something and so much more, a self esteem resource for girls all over the world and her latest work, SPRINKLES Poems and Musings on Life, a creative exploration birthed in the first few months of quarantine 2020. Tamara has walked the runway for Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Betsey Johnson, Donna Karan and other top designers, co-hosted PBS New York’s education series, “What’s Up in Technology”, and appeared in T.V. commercials and print ads, for brands including: Levi’s, Old Navy, Colgate, Revlon, Hershey’s, Kellogg's Special K, Bath & Body Works, Hanes and Nike, to name a few. A Penn State alumnus and lifelong student of personal development, Tamara is deeply passionate about uplifting the human spirit. Her commitment to enhance her offerings and her own self care practice, lead her to graduate from Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching program, where she studied under Deepak Chopra, Dr. Andrew Weil and some of the top health and wellness experts in the world. Tamara was asked to become a Female Visionary Author guest blogger for The Brave Heart Women Global Community.  She's a SAG/AFTRA member, a member of Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and is represented by Nava Artists and CESD. Tamara brings her creativity to her talks and workshops for girls, assisting them on their self empowerment journey. She is also thrilled to be returning to her performance roots and to add screenplay writer, director and producer to her repertoire.
