Steven F. Mezzacappa is an author, speaker, coach and consultant specializing in leadership, organizational behavior, and practical theology. He is the founder and owner of The Passion With Purpose Organization LLC dba Passion With Purpose (PWP), a leadership and personal development business with the mission of building passionate leaders, teams, and organizations via online learning, speaking engagements & seminars, coaching, and consulting. Steven is currently a M.S. Candidate in Ethics & Organizational Behavior at Palm Beach Atlantic University Steven's passion for leadership and building healthy teams and organizations stems from his experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in architectural engineering and was recognized as the Nation’s New Face of Civil Engineering in 2016. Early in his career, Steven worked for Turner Construction Company, the largest commercial construction management company in the United States, across several offices holding various positions. Steven then went on to serve as the Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships for the global non-profit Engineers In Action.
