Siobhan Daniels was born in Leeds in Yorkshire. After 30 years working for BBC radio and TV she retired at 60 disillusioned with life, She got rid of her home and possessions and bought a motorhome. She’s travelling Great Britain and Ireland, challenging ageist stereotypes and championing positive ageing. She’s written for national newspapers and magazines and appeared on TV, radio and numerous podcasts. She is a motivational speaker and gives inspiring talks to women’s groups and corporate events all over the country. She wants her uplifting book to stimulate conversations among women, young and old, to change how they see ageing. She’s passionate about helping change the narratives from Anti-ageing to Pro-ageing.
