Her and her husband are hosts of her popular podcast, Happy Hour and she travels the globe conducting talks on stress, happiness and success. Shannon lives in Marble Falls, Texas with her family and loves spending time in nature, riding her horses, or enjoying sipping on a glass of tequila (quite possibly all at the same time). Her and her husband also manage their retreat center, Retreat Ranch, and love inviting all walks of life to come be nourished in nature and animals.
