Dr. Sandra Mashihi is an Organizational Psychologist, author, and keynote speaker with over 20 years of experience in coaching and training leaders to enhance their behavior, resulting in high-performing and effective teams. Her expertise spans leadership development, executive presence, stress management, team building, talent management, corporate politics, and workplace interpersonal relationships. Dr. Mashihi has collaborated with leaders and teams across various sectors, including Fortune 500 companies. She offers both one-on-one coaching and group programs on topics such as emotional intelligence, performance feedback, and emerging leadership. Dr. Mashihi is the founder of Spectra Coaching, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to optimizing organizational and leadership effectiveness. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, the California School of Professional Psychology, and other institutions, where she teaches Leadership and Organizational Behavior to MBA and Doctoral students. She is also the co-author of the acclaimed book Clueless: Coaching People Who Just Don’t Get It. Sandra resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two young children. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, painting, yoga and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
