With over 35 years of experience and thousands of students trained, best-selling author Sammy Franco is a leading authority in reality-based self-defense. Author of over 60 books, he shares his expertise on his YouTube channel, Sammy Franco TV, and continues to set the standard in both armed and unarmed combat. Sammy Franco is the founder of Contemporary Fighting Arts (CFA), a cutting-edge system specifically designed for real-world self-defense situations. This "no-nonsense" approach provides efficient and effective methods to avoid, defuse, confront, and neutralize both armed and unarmed attackers. Franco has been featured on national radio, newspapers, and television programs, including CBS's 48 Hours. Since 1989, he has authored numerous books on self-defense, martial arts, combat psychology, and military strategy, along with over 60 instructional videos. He also offers a line of distinctive clothing inspired by his unique work, ideal for enthusiasts of the martial arts, fitness, and self-defense communities. In addition to his experience as a Law Enforcement Master Instructor, Franco designed and taught the defensive tactics program for the United States Border Patrol and has trained members of the U.S. Secret Service, Military Special Forces, and Washington DC Police Department.
