Siobbhan Shaw trained and taught in a wide selection of alternative therapies, including Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Astrology, Crystal Healing, Feng Shui, Hypnotherapy and Psycho-Analysis. It was from the Hypnotherapy she learned self-hypnosis and mediation. Experiencing abuse and rape, she has used meditation to deal with anger management, self-esteem issues, confidence, forgiving and sleep. She has studied the best self-improvement techniques on her search to be happy despite her history. Siobbhan has followed all her dreams, from being a television presenter, script writer, running her own businesses, various blogs and is a Voice over Artist and producer. In 2016 she worked with author Stanley Wilson to narrate and produce two Audio books with Audible, ‘The Letter’ where proceeds are donated to SSAFA and ‘Writing Charlie’ where proceeds are donated to Combat Stress to assist war veterans. She predominantly works on corporate voiceovers when she’s not working on creating Guided Mediations she shares on YouTube and sells on her website www.thecomprehensivevoice.com. This book isn’t a promise of riches. What it is, is a realistic approach to finding true happiness in an everyday life. It’s a book on truly becoming all that you’re meant to be. It’s about how to handle challenging situations with more confidence; it’s about not being beaten when things get tough and still being happy despite difficulties. It’s what a best friend who truly cares about you would tell you; it’s the parenting you always wished you’d had and now that you can give it to yourself, so the only limits there are left in your life are the ones in your own imagination.
