Russ Hill consults and coaches leaders of some of the world's biggest companies. His clients include Amazon, Walmart, Lockheed Martin, Hormel, BD, Darden Restaurants, and General Motors. Russ helps leaders define and manage their culture to accelerate achieving their long-range targets. Before joining an international consulting firm, Russ spent nearly 20 years in the media business. He started as a news reporter and ended his media career as an executive in a national broadcast company overseeing news and sports properties. Russ is the host of the Top 200 Apple Podcast called The Culture Hacks Podcast. He is a published writer on Inc and LinkedIn. His first book, Decide to Lead, is the outcome of him being asked repeatedly to share what he's learned traveling on more than 600 flights to speak to leaders around the world.
