He and his coauthors recently completed the 4th edition of the Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning, which has been called on of the most important books in the Learning and Development literature. Roy is a popular speaker and frequent consultant on increasing the value created by training and development who has a passion for helping individuals and teams succeed. Roy has a unique blend of experience in both business and education. He served as CLO for the Fort Hill Company; vice president, global strategic product development for SmithKline Beecham Animal Health; vice president, Companion Animal Division, Pfizer; as well as assistant dean for curriculum at Cornell. In 2013, he was honored as a “Learning Luminary” by the L&OD Roundtable.
