Roxanne Massey is a CIPD-qualified Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience. Unconsciously she started her career in HR and recruitment, perhaps inspired by her father’s former HR career or her aunt’s recruitment business. Not realising that a passion for helping others and doing the right thing by people was bubbling inside. Studying her degree in Business created an additional spark, which has seen her helping micro-companies and industry-leading mega corporations across many sectors. She motivates, guides and ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time. She finds herself helping professionals take their first steps into the Recruitment and HR world within their expert sector and being the support they need once they grow into managers and beyond. When Roxanne isn’t trying to improve working environments, you can find her with her four children in her London home, trying to grow them into people ready to take on the world.
