After serving several years as a Human Resources Professional, Richard founded a faith-based international leadership training organization in the United States, which was later expanded to Brazil. Graduates from their leadership organization are now living and working in multiple cities across the USA, Brazil, Mexico, Cambodia, Norway, Canada, Venezuela, and Finland. Richard's educational accomplishments include business and Human Resources Management, with a national certification in Human Resources Management, and Theology. In partnership with Jocelyn, Richard is the principle consultant for CSR Bridges Consulting because they believe it's totally possible to enhance the quality of life for people by helping companies leverage the strength of their employees, then create market and social value by engaging their employees in sustainable social responsibility initiatives.
