Rebecca Ahmed is an award-winning speaker, a business consultant, and an Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), which is an exclusive training in human energy and how we can experience, express, and expand it in ourselves and others. Rebecca is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her deep real-world expertise derives from a decade plus spent as an HR (People Services) leader at some of the largest hospitality and travel organizations worldwide, including the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a Marriott Autograph Collection, Pinnacle Entertainment, and Allegiant Airlines. Today, Rebecca advises companies of all sizes on how to create a motivational workplace culture by transforming the energy and enthusiasm of their teams. She excels at helping companies to: • Craft a motivational workplace culture by inspiring employees to positively influence and uplift those around them. • Shift their focus from dwelling on challenges to innovating and communicating solutions. • Help employees understand how to control their responses to external factors that tempt them off track emotionally. • Facilitate a greater flow of positive energy levels at home and at work, so that each employee has the best chance to excel at their job. Under her direct supervision, Allegiant Airlines won Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Interview” award. In acceptance of this award, Rebecca was featured as a panelist on “Hire Better Talent Faster: How to Optimize Your Employer Brand and Candidate Apply Process.” Caesars Entertainment, the largest casino-entertainment company in the US retained Rebecca as their new “Chief Energy Officer” in 2021. Her role included speaking twice monthly on how to shift their emerging leaders’ energies from surviving to thriving using energetic principles at their Emerging Leader Summits across their 55 US-based properties. Rebecca is proud to share her “fight on cheer” from the University of Southern California (USC) and master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
