With over 15 years of experience in both government and private sectors, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM). Quincy provides leadership and expertise in project management, planning, and execution for capital and facilities improvement projects. Quincy holds an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce and degrees in Construction Management and Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Quincy is an adjunct professor at two universities, where he teaches project management and construction management to undergraduate and master’s students.
