Pedro Vaquero was born in Madrid, even though his family came from Extremadura, that hardy part of Spain known for its extreme climate. He has spent half his life travelling back and forth and all over Latin America which he considers his second home after having lived several years in Chile, Argentina and spent lots of time in Mexico, Colombia and other countries in the region. He calculates that he has flown more than 1,500,000 kilometres which is tantamount to travelling to the moon and back twice. He loves nature and takes every chance to immerse himself in it whenever he can, be it walking, running or whatever. Many of the stories have surfaced while climbing a mountain or running in between pine trees closer by. After so many years of letting his left hemisphere take the driver seat of his life, one fine day he decided to listen to the right side and this is the result. Pedro is computer engineer, has a degree in NLP and the MBSR in Mindfulness. He is a professor of the self-knowledge and leadership in values at LaAkademia.org and practises yoga and meditation. Calcula que habrá volado más de 1.500.000 de kilómetros, lo que equivale a viajar 2 veces a la luna ida y vuelta. Es un enamorado de la naturaleza, que aprovecha para visitar siempre que puede, ya sea paseando, corriendo o como surja. Gran parte de su obra nació subiendo alguna montaña o corriendo entre pinares. Después del éxito de su primer libro "La vida en positivo", donado enteramente a la ONG "Aldeas Infantiles", decide crear un proyecto solidario denominado "Cinco libros, cinco causas" con el que publicará cinco libros que donará a cinco causas solidarias diferentes. Pedro es ingeniero informático, Master en PNL (Programación Neurolingüística) y MBSR en Mindfulness. Es profesor del programa de Autoconocimiento, Desarrollo Personal y Liderazgo en Valores en LaAkademia.org y aficionado al yoga y a la meditación.
