In 2019, Paul published his first novel "Deadweight", a zombie apocalypse story, and released the follow-up, and concluding part, "The Last Bite" in 2020. "Thornhurst: A Deadweight Novella" is a standalone story from the Deadweight universe released in January 2021. A reader of many genres, Paul is currently working on his Manx Detective series. "Fall of Man" is the first in the series of gritty crime books set on the Isle of Man and currently available to read, with the follow-up currently in progress. A departure from the undead, the Isle of Man holds a special place in Paul's heart and he's excited to be working in a different genre, but in a very familiar location. Paul is happily married, and lives with his wife, two beautiful daughters, a dog and a cat in the South East of England. When he's not writing, he can be found camping with his family, taking long walks at National Trust properties, drinking coffee or when he can, enjoying a nice gin and tonic.
