Paul Collins (aka. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach Collins loves the challenge of making improvements at the grass roots level right through to the elite level no matter what age or ability level – having trained a number of elite athletes and sporting teams in Australia including Manly First Grade Rugby Union Team, AKF Australian Karate Team and members of the Australian Olympic and Paralympic Swimming Teams. Combining a vast athletic and sports background with a Bachelor of Physical Education Degree as well as National Certification as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Olympic-lifting Power Club, Massage Therapist, and Trainer and Assessor – Collins is one of the most diverse physical trainers in the nation. Over the past two decades Paul has been a key presenter at various Fitness and Sports coaching conferences and conventions all over the country including Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association, Australian Track and Field Coaches Association, Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation and many more. He also presents seminars at a corporate level on manual handling and optimising work-life balance in the workplace where he is represented by one of the largest speaking agencies in the world - Saxton Management Group – and known as the trainer’s trainer amongst his peers.
