Patrick Hinds is the bestselling author of "Failure Is Not NOT an Option," a humorous and heartfelt memoir that topped the Wall Street Journal and Publishers Weekly bestseller lists. Known for his captivating storytelling, Patrick has toured the U.S. and U.K., bringing his 'Book Party' tour to fans with his wit and warmth. Beyond his writing, Patrick is the co-creator and co-host of True Crime Obsessed, one of the most popular true crime podcasts, alongside Gillian Pensavalle. Together, they bring humor and humanity to their weekly dissections of true crime documentaries. With over 200 million downloads, True Crime Obsessed made history as the first podcast to perform live on Broadway in 2022. Patrick is also the co-host of The Golden Girls Deep Dive, a podcast with Jennifer Simard that celebrates his love for theater, classic television, and Bea Arthur, as they unpack every Golden Girls episode with behind-the-scenes stories and laughs. A dedicated advocate, Patrick is an avid supporter of women’s and LGBTQ+ rights. He serves on the board of A is For, a nonprofit supporting women's rights through art, and through True Crime Obsessed, he proudly sponsors Broadway Backwards, benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
