I grew up as a daughter of a preacher in the mountains of Pennsylvania after living all over the country. I have a passion for supporting others on their journey to mental wellness, by creating engaging workbooks designed to help people of all ages manage anxiety. I also love to create other fun books. I experienced a home life that always promoted mental health awareness, education, helping people, and having fun. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counseling that allows me to integrate evidence-based techniques into my workbooks. With a background in psychology and a passion for creativity, I have developed a unique approach to addressing anxiety and its related challenges. My workbooks are designed to be user-friendly, interactive, and filled with practical exercises that provide individuals with the tools they need to better manage their anxiety. Sometimes they are just fun projects to provide to those who follow my work. Through my writing and creativity, I strive to empower individuals to take charge of their emotional well-being. I am continuing to work on expanding my collection of anxiety workbooks, ensuring that my readers always have access to fresh, innovative, and enjoyable resources for their journey to mental wellness.
