Nori grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her 30-year career includes experience in corporate real estate, community development, and affordable housing. A few years ago, she decided to look for employed work again after years of consulting and realized she'd lost her seat at the table when no one would hire her, despite relevant experience, qualifications, and several awards. After multiple disappointments, she abandoned her job search and opted for research and perspective to better understand why job hunting is so challenging for middle-aged women. What she learned was too valuable not to share. KEEPING YOUR SEAT AT THE TABLE is a memoir and a guide on combatting ageism in the workplace.
