Dr. Nicole M. Radziwill is an internationally recognized expert in data management, digital transformation, and Quality 4.0. She has helped more than 30 CEOs and Chief Data & Analytics/AI build and carry out effective, empowering data & AI strategies, drawing from over 20 years as a senior and executive leader in roles including VP Quality, SVP, Chief Data Officer, Chief Data Scientist, plus a decade as a tenured Associate Professor of Data Science and Production Systems at James Madison University (JMU). As Chief Strategy Officer of Qzuku, she empowers high-growth startups and Fortune 1000 clients to leverage AI and data through power-sensitive Data/AI strategies. She is an Advisor to Great Expectations (the data quality framework), Architect of the TeamX platform, and Partner of Acadalyst, helping companies establish productive performance management for MS/PhD workers. Nicole is an Academician in the International Academy of Quality (IAQ) and a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She has a PhD in Quality Systems and an MBA. Her books are used for courses in over 30 universities around the world.
