Nicola Mostyn is a British author and editor based in Manchester. Her debut novel, The Gods of Love, was published by Little, Brown and was nominated for The Writers’ Guild Best First Novel Award. The sequel, The Love Delusion, followed a year later. She holds an MA in English Literature and has worked across the literary industry as a bookseller, arts journalist, columnist and manuscript editor. Her writing is often inspired by mythology, folklore, and the strange intersections of the everyday and the fantastical. She also writes Lost in Folklore, a Substack newsletter exploring folk tales, myths, and monsters.
