Nick Ainis is an experienced and highly respected construction professional with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Architectural Science and Project Management from Ryerson University. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has a strong track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Nick has particular expertise in managing high-rise residential projects and has developed a reputation as one of the industry's finest project managers. Some notable projects he has worked on include the Carmelina Condos and The Ed Mirvish Theatre, a 45-story luxury hotel-condo complex next to Toronto's historic Pantages Theatre, called Pantages Tower. This condo sold out in a matter of days. The project was built by Intracorp Developments and Nick says he was lucky to be part of such a landmark project. Carmelina Condos was Nick's first major project under Fusioncorp Developments. He is skilled in addressing design and construction-related issues and has a deep understanding of the means and methods of construction, which allows him to contribute valuable insights to the design development process. Nick also has strong relationships with trade personnel, which gives his projects a competitive edge. As principal of Fusioncorp Developments, he is deeply involved in all aspects of each project from pre-construction through to construction and project closeout.
