Prior to this she designed and implemented an award winning Work Life Strategy for Australia's largest university and was awarded the Vice Chancellors Award for General Excellence. She co-founded the Victorian Work/Life Association, Australia and led several research projects and her qualitative research is published in the Asia Pacific Journal of HR. Michelle has presented and moderated at conferences in the U.S., EMEA and Australia, she was awarded a M.Mgt., B.Sp.Ed. from Monash University, CWS, Institute of Social Welfare, Australia and completed the Executive Program on Negotiation, Harvard Law School. She is a qualified money behavior coach (CMC) ®. Michelle resides in Los Angeles and is blessed to work and share the USA and Australia, three children and a fulfilling life with her American husband.
