Michele Matrisciani is a New York Times bestselling editor and ghostwriter and former editorial director of HCI Books—the original publisher of Chicken Soup for the Soul. Michele was an acquisitions editor and developmental editor for fifteen years, working at several New York houses, including Macmillan, Hyperion, and McGraw-Hill Trade. In 2011, Michele founded Bookchic LLC, a full-service content development and consulting company. Her ghostwriting roster includes books published by, among other publishers, Rodale, HarperCollins, Hay House, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Rowman & Littlefield, and Insight Editions.
