Michael Z. Lewin is the author of more than a dozen mysteries set in Indianapolis, Indiana, as well as the Family series set in Bath. The Indianapolis novels include eight with private detective Albert Samson, three with police lieutenant Leroy Powder and several stand-alone books including Underdog, Child Proof (And Baby Will Fall in the US), and Oh Joe. The Family novels are about an Italian family of eight that runs a detective agency as a family business, which is also the title of the first novel. Mike has also written a non-fiction book, a historical novel, books of short stories and many short stories published mostly in American magazines.
