Michael Fridgen is a theme park junkie and is the author of Dollywood and Beyond! A Theme Park Lover’s Guide, which was ranked as number one on Amazon’s list of theme park guides. He started his writing career in fiction and his novel Ruth3:5 was a finalist for the 2013 Minnesota Book Award. His work about the Holocaust, The Iron Words, was the #1 novel in historical fiction on Goodreads. Fridgen loves travel, theme parks, and Christmas. He has been to all fifty US states and to countries on six continents. He frequently visits all of Disney’s parks and cruise ships, while admitting that Dollywood will always hold a special place in his heart.
