Meredith Patterson is an American musical theatre, television & film actress, singer & dancer. Her original music is available online: Rare early demo CD Nobody’s Perfect, her full album MerieNYC, piano composition album Without Words, and jazz EP Little Did I Ever Dream. Her podcast Confessions Of An Actress is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and all other podcast platforms. She is certified in Holistic Health from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and a graduate from The National Holistic Institute (NHI). Meredith teaches master classes in musical theatre performance all over the world and privately coaches entertainment industry professionals how to balance themselves body mind & spirit.
