Maria received her Undergraduate Business Degree, with majors in International Business and Business Management from Florida International University (FIU), and subsequently her MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). 
Maria is a Maxwell Leadership certified speaker, teacher, trainer, and coach, and founder of Meaningful Leaders, Inc.
