Maree McPherson provides coaching, mentoring, and facilitation services to individuals and organisations. Maree has more than 32 years’ experience in the non-profit, government and statutory services sectors, including as a CEO and executive. She holds several qualifications including at the post-graduate level in executive and organisational coaching, and business, specialising in labour-management relations. Her early studies were in community development and welfare studies giving her a life-long interest in the development of people. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders. Maree is one of the 4.1% of coaches in Australia and New Zealand who is a member of the International Coach Federation, the largest professional coach membership and credentialing body in the world. She has more than 300 hours of individual and group coaching experience. She works within the professional ethics and guidelines as designated by both the International Coaching Federation and the framework of Standards Australia HB 332-2011 for Coaching in Organisations. Maree is an accredited practitioner in the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT).
