Starting as an accountant in Uruguay, Marcia entered the supply chain and procurement world through Michigan State University, where she also experienced snow for the first time. Marcia's New York-based business, USM Supply Chain, helps fast-growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies achieve greater profits through revenue increase and cost reduction with proven financial and operational frameworks, analytics, and automation. Marcia is a consultant, educator, writer, and speaker. When their three children are not fighting, Marcia and her husband, Jason, are the proud parents of Alex, Emma, and Rebecca (Becky).
