Magno Urbano - Even having a college degree in Electrical Engineering /Digital Microprocessors, he decided to follow his bigger passion and started working as a computer programmer. After a few years of experience on the field, and still moved by passion, he started to move to computer graphics. First with 3D modeling and animation, he soon got a 6-month job as an intern working for Globo TV Network Brazil. Showing enthusiasm and dedication, that 6-month job was transformed in a permanent job. After 6 years working for Globo TV Network Post Production Center - Visual Effects Division, he was invited by RTP (Rádio e Televisão de Portugal), one of the largest european television broadcast companies and decided to move to Europe in 2000. After 2 years working for RTP, he left the company and started working as a freelancer/entrepreneur. That was 2002. Since 2005, he is also a beta tester for Adobe (testing all graphics software before release) and since 2010 for Apple. During his stay on Portugal (from 2000 to current date), he has published 14 books about several multimedia themes on Europe by two portuguese large publishers (Centro Atlântico and FCA), developed and published more than 50 apps for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, some of them hitting #1 for several weeks on multiple countries, he won a national Flash multimedia contest, he wrote and published articles and contents for several national and international magazines and published dozens of multimedia video courses on Portugal. Beyond creating apps for iPhone/iPad and books for iBooks he recently, he started publishing digital books for Kindle and for Google Play Books.
