MT Vessel is a dedicated advocate for holistic health and wellness, driven by personal experiences that have shaped his pain management and healing perspective. With a distinguished 16-year career in the Air Force, including 8 years of active duty and 8 years in the reserves, MT learned the value of discipline and resilience early in life. Transitioning to civilian life, he became a contractor in Atlanta, Georgia, and later a General Contractor in Florida, specializing in Custom homes with a specialty in Barndominiums. However, the physical demands of the construction industry took a toll on his body. In 1996, MT faced a life-altering diagnosis of bladder cancer, prompting a critical turning point in his life. After enduring multiple surgical procedures to remove tumors, he found himself at a crossroads. A compassionate urologist introduced him to an effective method for quitting smoking, ultimately leading to a 25-year smoke-free lifestyle. This monumental change marked the beginning of a new chapter in his health journey, although he continued to grapple with pain and sleep difficulties. MT loves serving in the city of Guatemala. Having served there A significant incident during a mission trip to Guatemala in 2014 reignited his battle with chronic pain. While helping build a home for a family in need, he sustained a severe injury to his lower back. Upon returning home, he faced a difficult decision: undergo surgery with uncertain outcomes or adopt a conservative approach to healing. Opting for the latter, he allowed his body to recover naturally, which reignited his passion for exploring alternative healing methods. MT's journey led him to discover various therapeutic practices, including physical massage and sparked a deep interest in natural remedies. His quest for relief and understanding culminated in extensive research on compounds that could alleviate pain and inflammation. Through careful experimentation and the support of friends, MT found a path toward a pain-free life, a state he had not experienced in over 35 years. Motivated by his personal experiences and the desire to help others, MT Vessel has authored a comprehensive guide to educate readers about effective holistic health practices. His mission is to empower individuals with knowledge, enabling them to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Through books he hopes to help pass on all sorts of wisdom and knowledge to the human race.
