M.E. Reach was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The youngest of five siblings, M.E. never aspired to much more than getting the last pork chop. Motivated by a JROTC program in high school, he joined the U.S. Army. It was while serving in Afghanistan that he began writing therapeutically. M. E. has written young adult novels varying between genres of fantasy/adventure and drama. He has worked with teens and young adults for nearly twelve years in a variety of contexts, across multiple states and countries. He is a proud husband and father.
