L J Litton is focused on bringing to life the international intrigue and adventures of a fictional fantasy world created by drawing on the vast and exciting moments experienced throughout her lifetime. Following a thirty-year career working for the US Federal Government, in the Department of the Navy and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), she accepted a diplomatic post in Den Haag (a.k.a. The Hague), Netherlands as an Executive Director for the NATO NCIA. LJ earned numerous degrees and certifications from prestigious institutions, and she is a Professional Association of Diver Instructors (PADI) Open Water Scuba Instructor, former PADI 5 Star Scuba Shop owner, an avid scuba diver, and now a published author. Celtston is the first novel of several planned for The Arcanum Series.
