Ko Im grew up on the island of Guam with her nose in books, hand in the arts and feet in shopping centers. She studied communications at the University of Pennsylvania and served as president of her class at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. A features freelance writer and producer for digital outlets, Ko has won awards for multimedia reporting and was recognized as one of Washington's most stylish. Based in New York City, She is a certified yoga instructor, adjunct journalism professor and an active member of the Asian American Journalists Association. Her first e-book is about travel as therapy for a millenial surviving a quarter-life crisis.
