Kenneth is a fan of the Brook's Range, the Blue Ridge, biology, banjos, barn dances, bow drills, Bujinkan, and baskets. Raised in the mountains of Virginia, he has been a backcountry ranger for the National Park Service in the arctic, an endangered species ornithologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Hawaii, and an environmental and survival skills instructor and program leader in California. He is the co-founder and director of the Ninjas in Nature Program. He lives in Concord, MA with his wife, two kids, eight chickens and rabbit. The Burn Basket is his first musical doodle book.
