Kelsea Yu is a Taiwanese Chinese American writer. Her 2022 Shirley Jackson Award-nominated novella, BOUND FEET, is published by Cemetery Gates Media, and her next novella, DEMON SONG, will be published by Titan Books in 2025. Her debut novel, IT'S ONLY A GAME, is published by Bloomsbury. She has over a dozen short stories and essays published in magazines and podcasts such as Clarkesworld, Apex, Nightmare, PseudoPod, Fantasy, The Deadlands, and Reckoning, and in anthologies such as THE DARKEST NIGHT, MOTHER KNOWS BEST, CLASSIC MONSTERS UNLEASHED, DEATH IN THE MOUTH, and DARK MATTER PRESENTS: HUMAN MONSTERS. She was a first reader for Hugo-nominated khōréō magazine and is an active member of SFWA, HWA, and ITW. Kelsea is eternally enthusiastic about sharks and appreciates a good ghost story.
